Brief introduction

Rolling sieve is commonly used in re-election plants for ore washing and desliming, or for grading medium and fine-grained materials, and can produce two or more products.

Working principle

The drum device is mounted on the rack at an Angle. The motor is connected with the drum device by the reducer through a coupling, and the drum device is driven to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (under the screen product) is discharged through the bottom of the drum at the back end of the discharge port, and the unqualified material (on the screen product) is discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the material turning and rolling in the drum, the material stuck in the screen can be ejected to prevent the screen plugging. The principle structure of drum sand screening machine, drum screen machine and drum screen is almost the same, which is the difference in people’s understanding and name.

Scope of application

1. The stone yard is used for classifying large and small stones and separating soil and stone powder.
2. Used for sand and stone separation in the sand and stone field.
   3, the coal industry is used for the separation of lump coal and coal powder and coal washing (a part of coal washing machinery).
3. Chemical industry and mineral processing industry are used for classifying large and small chunks and separating powdery substances.
