5, the spring design is unreasonable

1) The motor or electrical components are damaged
First check the motor, if the motor is damaged, replace the motor; Secondly, check the electrical components in the control line. If the electrical components are damaged, they need to be replaced.

It should be noted that in the process of adjusting the vibration screen amplitude, whether it is increasing the weight of the eccentric block, or adjusting the Angle of the eccentric block, or increasing or reducing the counterweight block on the flywheel and belt wheel (shaft eccentric vibrator), the vibration source of the vibrating screen (exciter or vibration motor) must be the same, otherwise it will cause equipment damage.
