Brief introduction

A stone washer is a device used for cleaning and grading stone materials. Its working principle mainly relies on the difference in sedimentation speed of solid particles in liquid. Through different equipment structures and operation methods, the stone washer can effectively remove impurities on the surface of stone materials and perform grading.
Drum stone washing machine:
The washing drum of the drum stone washing machine is supported by four rollers. The motor drives the drum to rotate at a low speed through the reducer and the large and small gears.
The aggregates containing mud lumps and stone powder enter the drum from the feed port.
The drum is lined with wear-resistant rubber plates. The aggregates are lifted and dropped inside the drum.
The aggregates are washed from different directions by the flushing water. The cleaned aggregates are discharged after being screened and dewatered by the drum screen.
