Working principle
The mill is composed of a main machine, an analytical machine, a blower, a finished cyclone separator, a pipeline device and a motor. The main machine is composed of frame, air inlet volute, shovel cutter, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover shell and motor. Auxiliary equipment include jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electric control cabinet, etc. Users can flexibly choose according to the site situation.
After the material is crushed to the required particle size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the material is uniformly and continuously sent to the grinding room of the Raymond grinding machine by the vibration feeder. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller moves outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring. The shovel scoops the material to the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the purpose of crushing is achieved by the rolling of the grinding roller. The fine powder after grinding the material is taken into the analytical machine for sorting with the circulating air of the blower, the fine material that is too fine and coarse falls back to the re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged through the powder pipe, which is the finished product. In the Raymond grinding room, due to a certain amount of water in the grinding material, heat is generated during grinding, water vapor is evaporated, and the pipe interface of the whole machine is not tight, the external gas is inhaled, the circulation pressure is increased to ensure that the mill works in a negative pressure state, the increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air pipe, and is purified into the atmosphere.
