Mud and stone separator, also known as multi-stage linked roller screen, abbreviated as roller screen, is a sorting equipment that effectively separates materials of different sizes and shapes through the rolling of disc rollers. By adjusting the gap between discs, it can achieve effective separation of materials with large differences in size.
Many mining resources encounter the same difficulty of mixing soil and stones together, which cannot be separated. At this time, whether it is crushing stones and sand to sell or smelting plants, it is very difficult to either purchase a large number of machines and equipment to gradually complete the separation, or require a lot of water sources for cleaning. Environmental protection and water use are both challenges. The emergence of the mud and stone separator has the ability to quickly separate without the need for water, and has played a key role in the production and manufacturing of processing technologies such as sand production lines and stone production lines.
The mud and stone separator is used to separate materials smaller than the specified size. The sieve plate adopts a butterfly structure and is equipped with uniformly distributed rotating shafts. There are several sieve plates along the axial direction of the rotating shafts. The surface of the sieve plates is painted with ceramic, which has a dual effect of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant. The rotating shaft is driven by the driving device to rotate. After the material enters the equipment, materials larger than the gap between the sieve plates are transported from above to the next process, while materials smaller than the gap between the sieve plates fall into the collection belt below from the gap and are transported out of the equipment by the collection belt. In addition, the mud and rock separator can also be equipped with multiple fans, greatly improving the separation efficiency of light substances.
