3, can easily and flexibly adjust the discharge particle size, wide adjustment range
The impact crusher can adjust the discharge particle size in a variety of ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber. The clearance adjustment can be mechanically or hydraulically adjusted, and the hydraulic adjustment system can easily adjust the clearance through the local operation button or the transport control system. The adjustment of the discharge size of the hammer crusher can only be achieved by replacing the bottom sieve plate.

4,The wear of the wearing parts is smaller than that of the hammer crusher and the metal utilization rate is high
The wear of the impact crusher’s plate hammer only appears on the side facing the material. When the rotor speed is normal, the feed will fall to the surface of the plate hammer (hitting surface), and the back and side of the plate hammer will not be worn. Even the side facing the material has very little wear. And the bottom grinding rod is easy to replace. The metal utilization rate of the plate hammer of the impact crusher can be as high as 45%-48%. The hammer crusher hammer head is overhanging state, wear occurs in the upper, front, back and side, relative to the plate hammer, hammer head wear is more serious, the metal utilization rate of the hammer head is only about 25%. And the rotor itself may suffer wear and tear. The bottom screen plate of the hammer crusher is seriously affected by wear, the barrier should be replaced all, and the work of replacing the screen plate is also more complicated.
