First, we use high-chromium cast iron for the linear plate hammer. And it has axially symmetric teeth. So you can turn it around to keep using it after wear. Also, the impact liner has zigzag shapes. So you can reposition it as it wears. This extends its lifespan. It also saves costs.

③We design the frame for high intensity and easy replacement.

The frame has a sturdy, distortion-resistant box-shaped welded structure. It includes a base, a middle box frame, and a rear top cover. We connect them with high-strength bolts. To ensure safe, reliable replacement of wearing parts, the frame also has a hinged cover. You can open and close it with a ratchet device.
