Impact sand making machine is a kind of equipment used to produce artificial sand and regenerated sand, which is widely used in construction, mining and other industries. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

Working principle

Feeding:
Large pieces of stone enter the sand making machine through a vibrating feeder or a hopper.

Crushing:

The material is driven by the high-speed rotating rotor in the impact sand making machine, and the impact plate (or hammer) on the rotor hits and crushes the material at high speed.

In this process, the material will be subjected to the dual effects of centrifugal force and impact force, and will be further crushed into small particles.

Screening:

The crushed material enters the screening area, and the sand material that meets the particle size requirements is screened out through the screen. The particles that do not meet the requirements will be sent to the crushing area again for further processing.

Discharging:

The sand material that meets the particle size requirements is discharged through the discharge port and collected in the storage area or conveying system for subsequent use.

Recycling:

In order to improve production efficiency, impact sand making machines are usually equipped with a recovery system to return the unbroken materials to the equipment for re-crushing.
