Brief introduction

The mobile construction waste treatment station adopts a multi-stage combination mode, which is composed of a jaw crusher , an impact crusher ,a cone crusher,and a vibrating screening equipment conveyor belt.there are two types of walking methods for mobile sites;crawel type and tire type,and different choices can be made according to the road surface where they are frequently operated.

After the construction waste mobile station crushers the construction waste,the waste is sorted,removed,and crushed,most of the waste can be reusud ad renewable resources.After being concentrated and reheated,various specifications of steel can be reprocessed;waste bamboo and wood can be used to make artificial wood;bricks,stones,concrete and other waste materials can be used to replace sand after being crushed and used for masonry mortar and plastering mortar.It can also make building blocks, paving bricks, lattice bricks and other building materials.

Compared with the fixed production line, the mobile crushing plant has a short engineering cycle and quick transition follow-up, which not only reduces the investment risk and opportunity cost of investors, but also avoids the demolition and construction work after the project ends.
