• Check the grate plate: Inspect the wear condition of the grate plate every 1 – 2 weeks. When the grate plate has worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced in time to ensure the crushing effect and product particle size.

• Belt inspection: Conduct monthly checks on the wear and tension of the belt. If there is any wear or aging, replace the belt promptly; adjust the tension of the belt to ensure the efficiency of the transmission.

• Bearing inspection: Check the wear condition and clearance of the bearings every 2 – 3 months. If any bearing damage is found, it should be replaced immediately. At the same time, clean the bearings and the bearing housing, and replace the lubricating grease.

• Hydraulic system maintenance: Regularly check the oil level, oil temperature and oil pressure of the hydraulic system to ensure its proper operation. Replace the hydraulic oil every six months or so, and clean the hydraulic oil tank and filters.

The discharge particle size has become larger: This might be due to wear of the discharge port or improper adjustment. It is necessary to check the size of the discharge port and make a new adjustment. If the wear of the discharge port is severe, relevant components need to be replaced.

• Excessive equipment vibration: The possible causes may include uneven material distribution, uneven wear of the hammer plate, and damaged bearings. Adjust the feeding method to ensure uniform feeding of the materials; inspect the hammer plate and replace or adjust it; inspect the bearings and replace the damaged ones.

• Decrease in output: This could be caused by insufficient feed, wear of the hammer plates, or slipping of the belt. It is necessary to ensure a uniform and adequate supply of feed, replace the worn hammer plates in time, and adjust the tension of the belt.

When conducting maintenance and servicing, it is essential to first shut down the machine and disconnect the power supply. Professional maintenance personnel should carry out the operation to ensure the safe
